Check the efficiency of the apartment and inform us of any anomalies or deficiencies within 24 hours of your arrival; do not wait until the day of departure to inform us. Making key duplicates is strictly prohibited: unauthorized entry violation constitutes a serious criminal offense. In case of key loss, a reimbursement of €100.00 is required for the damage caused. Staying in the house with more people than the maximum allowed and agreed upon is prohibited. Entering strangers without prior communication to the owner and receiving explicit consent is forbidden. Organizing parties is prohibited. The house is delivered clean and functional. The guest must provide daily apartment cleaning and is responsible for its integrity; moving furniture from its position is prohibited. Upon returning the property, the customer must leave the apartment in acceptable conditions, especially cleaning the kitchen and dishes, which must be returned clean and orderly, under penalty of an additional €30.00 charge. Guests must also empty the refrigerator and trash. Midweek cleaning is possible upon request, for a fee. The tenant must observe the rules regarding peace, especially at night, avoiding noisy disturbances. parents are asked to constantly watch their children to prevent disturbances. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; the terrace and the garden can be comfortably used for smoking. Please use the ashtrays. The guest undertakes to take the utmost care of the entrusted property. Utensils and other house facilities (chairs, blankets, etc.) must not be used or taken outside the house. All failures will result in charges assessed by the delegate. Guests will be held responsible and must compensate for any damages, breakages, or losses of property (even if caused by visitors/friends/relatives) during their stay at the accommodation. Replacements must be of the same quality as the originals. failures caused by the tenant or those of ordinary maintenance will be charged to the tenant. It is strictly prohibited to take laundry outside the accommodation. Sunscreen and oil, makeup, and hair dyes can permanently stain bed linen, sheets, and towels. therefore, please be careful when using these products. If stains do not come off despite efforts, you will be charged a cost to replace the linen. It is strictly forbidden to bring/install and fill water on the terrace with pools and/or similar of any size and shape. In case of non-compliance, the guest will be immediately removed from the vacation home, and the competent judicial authority will be contacted to assess damages. The customer expressly exempts the owner from any liability for direct or indirect damages that may result from unavoidable interruptions of essential services, such as electricity and water. Information leaflets and tourist information are provided inside the apartment for guests. For additional information, guests can inquire with the owners. We decline all responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage to objects of your property left in the rooms or for any accidents, thefts, or damages to people or things solely because they occurred within the property.
