Sehr nette, flexible Gastgeber. Der schönste Ausblick und toll fanden wir auch den Zugang zum Meer. Das Haus liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung, zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen muss man mit dem Auto. Es ist der mittlere Teil eines Reihenhauses, man ist schon nah an den Nachbarn. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Danke an Andrea, Alessio und ihre Mutter!

Es war ein traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt. Wir wurden überaus herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns direkt zuhause. Das Haus hat viel Geschichte und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts - wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Alessio has everything that you would require when staying at his amazing apartment.From the moment you enter the apartment a wave of relaxation overwhelms you. It is such a truly magical place to stay.A vehicle is a must as you are a little bit off the beaten track but with this said it was also very easy to visit all the places that you would want in the south of Sicily.Going to sleep with the tranquil sounds of the water and waking up to the amazing views was something else.My wife and I were there for 5 days but could easily stayed there longer had time allowed.You won’t be disappointed I am sure.

We spent a magical week at Casa sul Baia, Andrea was super helpful and had left some lovely local fruit and wine for our arrival, and explained everything very thoroughly. The view is breathtaking - every time you look out over the bay, you see something different, but every time it’s beautiful, morning, noon and night! We found the location of the house very good, as we could easily get to Siracusa, Augusta and Brucoli for day trips, as well as the ceramic capital of Sicily - Caltagirone - only an hour’s drive and so worth the visit! We thoroughly enjoyed discovering the culture and history of Sicily, as well as trying the cuisine! The house was the perfect base for our family, with two adolescent children, where we could swim from the beach or from the cove below the house, and relax on the balcony and enjoy every meal with Mt Etna across the bay, as well as the excellent wifi connection. We can’t recommend it enough, thank you Alessio and Andrea!

This place is heaven on earth. The most beautiful view you can imagine. Ideal place for who searches for peace, rest and sleeping with the sound of the ocean. The sea view is breathtaking and the Etna on the background makes it just amazing. The house was perfect for our family with two adolescent kids. Accommodations were absolutely clean. Beds very comfortable. Wifi works great. Linen bed and towels perfect. Kitchen complete with everything to cook and the owner let us a bottle wine, water, coffee, fruit all utensils for the kitchen and delicious local cookies. From the house we had direct access to the fabulous sea where we have enjoyed a lot snorkelling. The garden of the house of also very beautiful.We would like to thank Andrea and his lovely mother Joanna for all the attention and care. We will definitely come back.
